Barking Up Mischief

Lagadia is a beautiful mountain village located in the Arkadia region of the Peloponnese Peninsula in Greece. It is renowned for its stunning natural surroundings, traditional Greek architecture, and rich cultural heritage. Lagadia is nestled in the heart of the Mainalon Mountain range, at an elevation of approximately 1,000 meters (3,280 feet) above sea level. This location provides the village with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and forests. The village is surrounded by lush forests of pine and fir trees, making it a perfect destination for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. The pristine landscape offers opportunities for hiking, birdwatching, and exploring the great outdoors. We walked from the center of town to a quaint cemetery high on a hill with a very nice chapel. This guy followed us and barked the entire way. He would run from side-to-side in the street and hop up on a stone wall with a steep drop on the other side. His tail was wagging the entire time, but he wouldn’t come close at all.
