We use art-secure packaging
Your photo is checked by hand, given a protective cover, and placed in art-secure packaging.
Shipping time
Since your order is produced in Europe and uses only the finest materials, shipping time can vary, and we only use “standard shipping.” Since your order is bespoke, please expect two to three weeks for US shipments (only US). Outside the US additional time may be required.
Delivery address
Delivery to a packing station or to a parcel shop is currently not possible. Please note that no delivery guarantees can be given on individually entered data of this kind and we will deliver to the billing address in case of doubt.

Order cancellation or change of shipping address
We work with efficient, automatic production processes. Therefore, you cannot change your order after it has been placed. You can, however, change the shipping address if your order has not yet been sent. There is a two-hour window after completing your order in which you can cancel it and then place a new order.
